Chapter 7. SOA Project Leadership
The project leadership team actively runs the project. It is comprised of a project manager, a business process architect, and a systems architect. The project manager focuses on resources, budget, and schedule. The business process architect focuses on the changes to the business process that will be required to deliver the expected benefits. The systems architect determines the systems changes that will be required and oversees the implementation of these changes. Together, the project leadership team is responsible for delivering the expected project benefits to the enterprise.
