It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Most innovations fail. Managing innovation aims to improve the odds and the best way to do that is identifying and understanding the conditions and factors that tend to lead to failure. Part II describes the most important Key Unsuccess Factors (KUFs) and the ways for avoiding them or to mitigate their impact. KUFs are ‘avoidable standard mistakes’, and unsuccess in innovation is failure that could have been avoided.
