TOOLS AND TEMPLATES FOR INDIVIDUALS TO USE THE ATD WCSCM
The new ATD World-Class Sales Competency Model (WCSCM) not only provides sales organizations with a state-of-the-art competency framework that can be used as a critical tool to achieve a variety of sales talent management goals, but it also provides individuals with a framework for their own competency development.
