Trivia: As well as being directed by Star Trek’s Dr Spock, Three Men and a Baby was the highest-grossing movie of 1987 and remains the highest-grossing remake of a French film ($167,780,960) in North American box office history. Revenues for the film were further boosted by some none-too-subtle product placement when Pampers paid $50,000 for their brand of nappies to be used in the film.
