5.5. Lead Configuration
Determining if your organization can benefit from using the lead management capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 should be based on responses to some of the questions posed in Chapter 4. In many cases, leads are not required until CRM utilization has matured and a clear need exists.
