This chapter provides the theoretical foundation for our High 5 Approach to Business Model Transformation. To this end, we explain the difference between a business model transformation, a business model change, a strategy change, and a strategy adjustment in Chapter 3. In Chapter 0, we explore the history, definition, and constitutive characteristics of business models in management literature.
