Creating the Structure of Your Process System
I'VE COME TO BELIEVE, through experience, that having a bunch of unorganized processes is just not enough. It might be better than trying to figure out each task from scratch every time, but it's not the most efficient way to run a business. For that, you need to organize your processes into a process system.
