Creating an Environment in Which to Build Your Procedures

THE TWO MAJOR PARTS of a process system are the process structure, which tracks the hierarchy and relationships among procedures, and the process environment, which allows you to create, publish, and (optionally) launch procedures. It's much easier to use procedures when they have a standard look and feel, so that you know where to check for the information you need.
