The Performance Management System

A Way to See and Execute the Technical Plan

Keeping with our theme of simplicity wherever possible when leading a transformation change initiative, we have adopted a basic system to manage the technical plan: a performance management system (PMS). A PMS is similar to what W. Edwards Deming called the plan-do-study-act (PDSA) improvement cycle.
