HOLDING EFFECTIVE MEETINGS

Since teams accomplish much of their work in meetings, it is important that the meetings run as effectively and efficiently as possible. An effective meeting starts on time, because people value the time of other team members. It is timed to ensure optimum concentration by members—a maximum of ninety minutes is about right.
