I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What do teams look like in the future?
Teams will be even more important in future, and supercharged teams are the only ones that will succeed. The National Research Council found that when companies are dealing with unclear goals and uncertain markets, teamwork is more important to success than ever before.1
We always overestimate the change that will occur in the next two years and underestimate the change that will occur in the next ten. Don’t let yourself be lulled into inaction.
