Overview
International trade and mass migration have expanded rapidly over the past few decades. Most of us find ourselves in very diverse teams or working environments. Yet, those from different nations, races, tribes, and religions still seem to struggle to get along with one another. We also experience other differences, not connected to geography, that divide us, such as gender, age, sexual orientation, and so on. While majorities in all groups say they want to treat one another equally, something just stops it from happening. You could be forgiven for thinking that “people really don’t want to get along.”
