The SCM Talent Development project team used a mixed method research design to investigate essential topics and question related to the talent advancement process. The combination of literature review, expert interviews, website analysis, and online questionnaire provided rich sources of valuable information. Furthermore, the use of mixed methods can overcome the inherent limitations of any single method, address both exploratory and confirmatory research questions, and clarify unexpected or seemingly contradictory results.
