A Mini Case Study
Throughout this book, I have emphasized the problems and pitfalls of global supply chains. Although there are many problems and pitfalls, there can be significant benefits from producing abroad or using overseas sources. This final mini case study describes how a company, First Solar, has approached overseas expansion. They have, to date, been successful in these efforts.
