This angry group of people is usually sitting on years of resentments, disappointments, and unmet expectations. They tend to have a very short fuse and can be explosive. Dealing with them is potentially dangerous because of their volatility. That much anger could ultimately lead to physical abuse, even in the safe-seeming world of office life.
