The Rescuers are always looking for people to help, office fires to put out, and problems to solve, which may be thoughtful and exactly what is called for, that is, until the negative part of their “rescuing” comes to the surface: their need to always be right and to make themselves indispensable. They consciously or unconsciously work to make you and others dependent on them, and they just take over and dominate a situation when you don’t need rescuing.
