Researchers have studied leaders’ attributes for many years. However, there is little research focused on the attributes for the sustainability leader, especially in the eastern culture. This study empirically examined the role of personality trait and attributes. It is a first approach to conceptualize and create a model for sustainability leaders in Arabic and eastern cultures based around skills.
