Chapter 15 Culture and Organization

The fifth element in the Governance and Leadership section of the Scorecard addresses company culture and organization. This element illustrates how the Scorecard attempts to measure the “softer” aspects of how employee behavior is aligned to drive (or not drive) sustainability-related activities.
