When It Rains …
I got an e-mail from Frank the week before he was to arrive. It gave me a rough breakdown of his agenda and a list of deliverables.
He closed with, “I plan to spend Monday meeting with you and the folks who made commitments at our last meeting. Hope there’s lots of good news.”
I had Margaret set up meetings in my office on half-hour intervals. I sent out a list of things each person would need to review with Frank and me. Everyone seemed to be excited to show off their work. I had to admit that I was proud of them.
