Unlike Adobe's Illustrator or Corel's CorelDRAW, Jasc Software's WebDraw is an actual SVG authoring tool. This means that the drawings created in WebDraw are coded in SVG. Or, if you prefer (like we do) to write the code and look at the result to tweak the appearance, you can work that way, as well, in WebDraw.
