5.1 Introduction
Complexity research is a new branch of science in the twenty-first century, and the exploration of complexity is becoming a revolutionary forefront of the contemporary science (Waldrop, 1993). The expression form of complexity is the so-called complex system, and a typical representative of complex systems is the biological system (Gell-Mann, 1994).
