This chapter is devoted to the swarm optimization algorithms: Firefly algorithm, Harmony Search and Cat Swarm Optimization algorithm. The standard swarm optimization algorithms and some significant variations are discussed such as: Firefly algorithm with Lévy Flights Chaotic Firefly algorithm, Improved Harmony Search, Chaotic Harmony Search and Binary Discreate Cat Swarm Optimization and Improved Cat Swarm Optimization. Also, some important variations of the Bat Algorithm are discussed such as: Chaotic Bat Algorithm, Discreate Bat Algorithm and Binary Bat Algorithm.
