27. SHIFTING THE PREVAILING BELIEFSYSTEM
Two years after the publication of Synchronicity, I attended a dialogue in Oxford, England, with a dozen or so thought leaders from countries across the world. The dialogue was designed to explore “the call of our time,” the collective responsibility we have during a time of fundamental change in the world, and, especially, the role of reflection in a life of service.
Each of the first two days of the dialogue concluded with a reading by the Shakespearean actor, Robin Ramsey, who sat alone on a stool under a spotlight on the small stage in the meeting room.
