Network Access Protection Log Files
If enabled and configured, there are a number of logs are available related to Network Access Protection (NAP), as discussed in the following two sections.
Network Access Protection Site Server Log Files
System health validator (SHV) point log files are located in %systemdrive%\SMSSHV\SMS_SHV\Logs. The SHV log files include the following:
• Ccmperf.log: Contains information about initializing the SHV point performance counters.
• SmsSHV.log: The main log file for the SHV point; logs basic operations of the System Health Validator service, including the initialization progress.
• SmsSHVADCacheClient.log: Contains information about retrieving ConfigMgr health state references from AD.
