Creating a Device Collection

After verifying that the AutoAdminLogon information shows correctly within the Resource Explorer, you can use this information, say to create a device collection. You could then create custom device settings and deploy them to this collection.

To create the device collection, perform these steps in the ConfigMgr console:

1. In the Assets and Compliance workspace, navigate to Device Collections.

2. In the ribbon bar, click Create, and click Create Device Collection to open the Create Device Collection Wizard.

3. Provide a Name, Description, and Limiting collection on the General page, and click Next when finished:
