Configuration Baselines

As stated earlier, configuration baselines group configuration items together; the baselines are then deployed to collections for evaluation on members of that collection. You can add any number of configuration items to a baseline in any combination that makes sense for your purposes. You can also add software updates and other baselines to a baseline. Ultimately, a baseline is the aggregation of all the settings in configuration items that it contains.

To work with configuration baselines in the console, open Compliance Settings in the Assets and Compliance workspace, and select Configuration Baselines. You can use the console’s built-in filtering and search capabilities to limit the baselines shown or find a particular ...
