Custom Global Conditions

If device and user conditions do not meet your needs, you can create custom conditions. Custom global conditions can contain LDAP queries, WQL queries, file and registry queries, and many other custom configurations. If you are familiar with creating configuration items for compliance settings (formerly known as desired configuration management), this process is similar. You can build multiple queries into one custom global condition. In addition to using the Create Deployment Type Wizard, you can create global conditions from the Global Conditions node under Software Library -> Application in the ConfigMgr 2012 console.
