About User Device Affinity
User device affinity is a new feature in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager. It allows the administrators to associate a user with his primary devices. A primary device is the typical daily work device of the user such as a workstation or laptop. A device can be associated to more than one user, and a user can be associated to more than one device. Chapter 9 discusses how to configure Client Settings for user device affinity.
