Using Offline Files

Using offline files enables a mobile worker to access network files locally offline, even when folder redirection is configured. While a user is connected to the local-area network (LAN), files are accessed from the network location. When working offline, files are retrieved from the Offline Files folder on the local system. A computer switches to offline mode when any of the following events occur:

Image The system is unable to access the redirected folders share.
