Joint Solution Space Modeling

The word joint appears in the title of this chapter because it is intended that the models discussed in this chapter can be employed in any of the universal architecture description frameworks (UADF) described in Chapter 6. Each of the three UADFs has its own intended methods for developing interface requirements but not all are strong in specialty engineering and environmental requirements.

Section 3.6 covered how to identify the need for a particular interface but did not extend this discussion to defining them in requirements. Section 5.1 provides this story.
