Requirements Management

Perhaps, the greatest failing in system development performance in industry appears in requirements management. Earlier in this book, an attempt has been made to identify and describe the work that must be done to achieve success in performing requirements analysis work on a program. Of course, an enterprise must have among its employees people who know how to do this work and managers gifted in ensuring the work is done well in accordance with a program plan, schedule, and budget.
