The Impact of Blended Learning

“There’s never time to do it right, but always time to do it over.” A sad axiom, but, when it comes to training curriculum design, one that applies to too many situations. In the case of blended learning, mistakes in implementation are often the cause of making decisions based solely on technology rather than on creating a well-designed program. For example, if an organization has a synchronous classroom, then often that is the delivery option that they utilize, without thought to appropriateness with regard to learning objectives.
