The number of accounts you set up depends not only on how many users you have, but how you want to work with your Mac. Here’s how I recommend setting up accounts for several different scenarios.
Single User Mac
Even if you’re the only person who uses your Mac, I recommend that you create one or two additional accounts for security and troubleshooting.
