Prevent Problems
Although this book is mainly about solving problems, not preventing them, I’m sure you don’t want any issues you’ve fixed to recur. And a few preventive steps can make solving problems much, much easier if and when they do occur.
At the risk of sounding overly promotional, I would like to note that some of my other books—chiefly Take Control of Backing Up Your Mac and Take Control of Maintaining Your Mac—offer a great deal of advice that will help with preventing problems, and I certainly recommend those titles if you need additional help.
