Chapter . Keep Your Information in Sync

Your .Mac account provides several different ways of synchronizing information. These include:

  • Synchronizing data from applications on your Mac (Address Book, Safari, and iCal) with the .Mac Web site.

  • Synchronizing data of various kinds between two (or more) Macs (discussed later in this section)

  • Synchronizing files and folders on your iDisk with a local copy stored on your Mac.

Depending on the third-party software you have installed, you may be able to synchronize other sorts of data too.
