Share Files Between Windows XP and Mac Os X in Fusion

You can share one or more folders from Mac OS X so that they appear in Windows. You can also—instead or in addition—mirror any or all of four key Windows folders with their Mac OS X counterparts.

When you share a folder from your Mac, it shows up in Windows Explorer. You can open any of the files in it using Windows applications, and (depending on your preferences) modify and delete them from within Windows too. That way, you need not copy a file from one operating system to the other to work on it; just leave it in a designated folder on your Mac and both operating systems can see it equally.
