Improve Your Privacy
Email is not the most private means of communication, as messages are normally unencrypted and subject to interception and inspection in a variety of ways. I cover how to use encryption with Mail in Sign and Encrypt Messages, later. Here, however, I want to draw your attention to two privacy-related features introduced in macOS 12 Monterey and iOS 15/iPadOS 15: Mail Privacy Protection and Hide My Email. Both attempt to reduce the amount of personal information you expose while using email.
