Set Paragraph Layouts
In Pages, as in many word processors, the paragraph (that is, a string of zero or more characters ending with a Return character) is a basic unit for formatting. For example, indentation from the margins, alignment between the margins, spacing between lines, bulleted lists, and tab settings are all paragraph-based settings and can differ from one paragraph to the next.
Paragraph layout capabilities vary between the Pages apps:
