Chapter Fifteen. Productivity

This chapter is devoted to companies that manufacture a product and want to do it better. We all manufacture something. Service companies really manufacture an intellectual product that uses many of the elements of the manufacturing process. Fixing broken and wounded production processes may mean manufacturing a physical item such as an automobile or producing a legal presentation for use in court. What elements are common to both manufacturing industries and service industries?
