We all know that children don’t come with instruction manuals. However, one of the toughest lessons of being a parent may be to simply let our children teach us who they are and how best to raise them. Parents must accept that they can impart their values, teach proper etiquette, and share valuable life skills, but they cannot determine their child’s behavioral style for them.
