Diagnosing the Health of Your Succession Management Program

The following diagnostic tool provides an index of the relative health of your human capital/succession management processes. The higher the score, the more likely it is that your organization is formulating and executing succession management practices that are positively impacting operating results. This Index provides a cursory view of your organization’s human capital/succession management processes. The ideal way to use this assessment is to deliver it as a survey, much like an engagement or pulse survey. Your Index should be viewed as a starting point in identifying improvement areas and goals.
