Feedback. It’s a word we hear all the time now. What was once a ‘buzzword’ is now an integral part of our lives. Social media has undoubtedly contributed to it becoming a norm in everyday life.
We’re all giving and receiving feedback much of the time in various settings. It may not be formal, but just in our everyday interactions with family, friends and acquaintances.
