We all go through life with dreams. Our own self-talk is hugely responsible for how far we get in attaining our goals. We can sometimes sabotage our potential success by our own negative words, as they erode our confidence in achieving our dreams and ambitions.

So we seek support from others in conversation. How they respond to us plays a big part in our level of self-concept. If they encourage us, it gives us motivation.
