Warning: lecture ahead. Sometimes in the course of a coaching session I'm suddenly struck with the urge to deliver a lecture. I'm fully aware of the fact that lecturing is outlawed as far as coaches are concerned—we're supposed to restrict ourselves to collaborative inquiry with our clients.
