Industry Cluster Funding
Industry clusters are regional concentrations of interconnected industries. The cluster region can be a state, region within a state, county, or metropolitan or micropolitan area. A local cluster region can even be a geographic area within a municipality, such as a restaurant row or warehouse district. Three of the more famous industry clusters in the United States are Hollywood, Manhattan’s Garment District, and Silicon Valley.
