Introducing CSS

Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS, allow you to create standard styles for your blog’s appearance. Your theme comes with a style sheet file, called style.css, which stores those standards. By using your style sheet, you can change all aspects of your blog’s look without changing the way it works.

You can use custom CSS on WordPress.com blogs only if you pay for the CSS upgrade.
