Install the Latest Updates
To keep your Mac mini running smoothly, use the Software Update feature of the App Store application to install the latest updates and fixes that Apple provides for OS X and Apple’s applications.
Your Mac mini must be connected to the Internet in order to check for and download the updates. You can install the updates when your Mac mini is either online or offline.
