You can use the Music app to purchase an album or a song to own it. After you make the purchase, the Music app downloads the album or song to your tablet, and you can then play the music.

To purchase an album or song using the Music app, you must have a Microsoft account, and you must have enough Microsoft points in your account to cover the purchase. See the Tip in the section “Buy or Rent a Movie” to learn how to obtain Microsoft points.
