Create a Picture Password
You can make it much easier to sign in to your Windows 8 tablet by creating a picture password.
If you find that it is taking you an inordinate amount of time to sign in to Windows 8 using your tablet’s touch keyboard, you can switch to a picture password instead. In this case, your “password” is a series of three gestures — any combination of a tap, a straight line, or a circle — that you apply to a photo. Windows 8 displays the photo at startup, and you repeat your gestures, in order, to sign in to Windows.
