So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Using the AppExchange
Salesforce customers can install add-on applications from the AppExchange, a marketplace that has been available since 2005 and that offers more than 2,600 apps created by more than 600 partners. Any partner can publish an app and sell it, or give it away for free. Customers can also use the AppExchange to find developers and consultants for custom projects.
